Are You Dreaming Of Kicking Back In Kodiak?

This pandemic has everyone talking about where they’ll travel to first, once quarantine is over – Kodiak should be at the top of your list!

Are You Dreaming Of Kicking Back In Kodiak?

First of all…Kodiak bears.  Enough said.

And otters…

89/366 Missing these cuties! This dude is the resident sea otter in the harbor in Kodiak, and he is the cutest little buddy. On this day he was just floating right near the docks, taking a nap, and allowing for v close up pics (definitely laid on the dock to get closer, to the judgement of passerby LOL). When a boat would pass he would move out of the way, but very slowly and reluctantly, and only enough for the boat to just barely pass by. Amazing to see such a cute creature so close up! 6/29/19 . . . . . #wildlife #wildlifephotography #wildlife_photography #wildlifephoto #naturephotography #nature #naturelovers #seaotter #otter #ottersofinstagram #cute #cuteanimals #animals #animalphotography #animalphoto #adorable #adorableanimals #alaska #alaskawildlife #kodiak #kodiakak #alaskanature #marine #marinemammals #ocean #oceanlife #sea

Sea lions lounging on the pier…

Eagles on the cliffs.

Even cows.

Spring is stunningly beautiful.

The water is so blue in the summer.

But it’s just as pretty with snow on the ground.

It’s just always beautiful here.

You can get so many amazing photographs.

And the seafood is always fresh.

Don’t forget to put Kodiak at the top of your travel wishlist!
